Return Policy
Returns:
We hope that you love all of your purchases from Aster Boutique. Though, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online and In-Person purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this 14-Day Time Frame, your item will not be eligible for return.
The following items are FINAL SALE: Accessories, Shoes, Bodysuits, Graphic Tee's, Athletic Wear, SALE ITEMS, or any items purchased at a discount of 25% or more.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smells of any kind will be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Instructions:
- All customers are responsible for Return Shipping Costs. Acceptable Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

- Please be sure to include the Packing Slip with your return. The Packing Slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of the appropriate information, including your Order Number. We would appreciate if you wrap the items being returned neatly and in some short of paper to keep them protected.
- Once Aster receives your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your Store Credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items:
Any Damaged Items must be reported within TWO DAYS after receiving your order. Please email us at: asterboutiqueclt@outlook.com and forward photos of any damage.
