Shipping Policy

BE AWARE: USPS is experiencing major delays and staffing shortages at this time. Though Aster Boutique is shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. All orders will be delivered but please expect USPS to take longer than normal. 

Shipping Details:

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150! 

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. 
  • Please be sure to confirm your Shipping Address is correct before confirming your order. 

If your package gets lost in transit, please email us at: asterboutiqueclt@outlook.com so we can file a claim for your package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items to you. If these items are not still available, we will refund your order. The order must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

NOTE: Aster is NOT responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

Aster Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet the guaranteed shipping time. Please contact USPS directly if your order is not delivered on time.
